Refund & Cancellation Policy

Consultation sessions are delivered on a time and expertise basis. Once a session is booked and paid for, that slot is reserved exclusively for you and preparation begins immediately. Please read this policy carefully before making a booking.

Section 01
All Sales Are Final

All consultation sessions are paid professional services. Once payment is confirmed, the session slot is reserved exclusively for the client and preparation work begins. For this reason, all payments are final and non-refundable without exception.

Section 02
No Refunds

No refunds will be issued once payment has been processed. This applies to, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind after booking
  • Failure to attend the booked session
  • Partial utilisation of the session duration
  • Dissatisfaction with the nature or outcome of advice given
  • Technical difficulties on the client's side preventing attendance
  • Any other reason not explicitly covered by Section 05 of this policy
Section 03
No Cancellations

Sessions cannot be cancelled once payment is made. A confirmed booking represents a firm commitment to the service. No credits, vouchers, partial refunds, or alternative compensation will be provided for cancelled sessions under any circumstances.

Section 04
Rescheduling

While cancellations are not permitted, a client may request a one-time rescheduling of their session by writing to iam@rajeevsrivastava.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. A rescheduling request does not entitle the client to a refund if a suitable alternative slot cannot be found.

Sessions where the client fails to show up at the agreed time without prior notice will be considered fully delivered. No rescheduling will be offered in such cases.

Section 05
If the Service Provider Cannot Conduct the Session

In the unlikely event that Rajeev Srivastava is unable to conduct a confirmed session due to circumstances solely within their control, the client will be proactively offered a rescheduled session at no additional cost. This rescheduled session is the sole remedy available in such cases and does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Section 06
Free Discovery Call

The "Just Talk" 30-minute discovery call is offered at no charge. No payment is involved, and therefore this policy does not apply to it. Clients may reschedule or not attend a free discovery call without any obligation.
