By booking and paying for any consultation session through this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding with a booking.
Rajeev Srivastava provides professional consulting, solution architecture, and advisory services related to Zoho platforms, business process design, product management, and delivery. All sessions are delivered via Zoho Meetings unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the session.
All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through the designated booking portal. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Prices are as listed on the booking portal at the time of booking and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
All payments made for consultation sessions are strictly non-refundable. Once payment is processed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
While sessions cannot be cancelled, a client may request a one-time rescheduling by writing to iam@rajeevsrivastava.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
In the unlikely event that the service provider is unable to conduct a confirmed session due to circumstances solely within their control, a rescheduled session will be offered at no additional cost as the sole remedy.
Each session is limited to the duration and scope described at the time of booking. Advice provided during sessions is professional opinion based on information available at the time. The service provider does not guarantee specific business outcomes resulting from advice given.
The service provider reserves the right to reference the engagement — including the client's name, industry, problem scope, and outcomes — for portfolio, case study, and marketing purposes. This includes use on the service provider's website, LinkedIn, and other professional channels.
If a client wishes to opt out of being referenced publicly, they must notify the service provider in writing at iam@rajeevsrivastava.com before or during the session. The service provider will honour such requests promptly. Absent a written opt-out, engagement details may be referenced at the service provider's discretion.
Both parties agree to keep genuinely sensitive or proprietary business information shared during sessions confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent. This clause does not restrict the service provider's rights under Clause 06 (Portfolio & Marketing Rights).
All materials, frameworks, documents, and methodologies shared or produced during or after a session remain the intellectual property of Rajeev Srivastava unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials shared during their session for their own internal business purposes.
Rajeev Srivastava's total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific session in question. The service provider is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
These Terms may be updated at any time. The latest version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of the booking portal after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
